First Practices Scheduled
Our first practices have been scheduled:
Sunday, October 15th
Dedham High School
10:30am-11:45am
Thursday, October 19th
Oakdale School
7:00pm-8:00pm
In the meantime, everyone should spend at least 5-10 minutes a day practicing their shooting form (lying on the floor, flipping the ball to yourself). And while the weather is nice, try to get outside so you can shoot, dribble and play as much as possible.
